Dr. Trent Welch DMD is a Sandy, Utah native. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah where he graduated Cum Laude. While attending dental school at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, he received a scholarship through the United States Air Force, and graduated with a Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD) degree in 2011.
Upon graduation Dr. Welch furthered his education by completing a residency through the United States Air Force at Wright-Patterson Medical Center in Dayton, OH. This training allowed Dr. Welch to grow both clinically and scholarly in a variety of Dental specialties including: Dental Implantology, Endodontics, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Pediatric Dentistry, Periodontics and Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Welch is also certified in Sedation Dentistry, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life support and Forensic dentistry. Dr. Welch proudly served our great nation at Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas where he and his team were recently awarded the “Best Small Dental Clinic” United States Air Force Medical Service Award. A member of the American Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry, Dr. Welch is dedicated to continuing education, dental craftsmanship, community service and above all, patient care.
