Dr. Catherine Choi – Orthodontist
Dr. Choi attended Case Western Reserve University, where she received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree (DMD). She then completed her orthodontic training at the Saint Louis University Center of Advanced Dental Education. Dr. Choi found that being an orthodontist would be her life calling and a way to provide a life-changing experience for her patients. Desiring to achieve the highest degree of merit in orthodontics, Dr. Choi went on to obtain her board certification. Certification is a rigorous process that requires demonstration of exceptional competency to treat patients at the highest standards. Dr. Choi is passionate about giving patients the tools to improve their smiles and self-confidence.
Dr. Ramya Hegde, DDS
Dr. Ramya Hegde was born and raised in a picturesque coastal town in South India. Growing up, her orthodontist who was also part comedian made quite an impression on her and piqued her interest in dentistry since childhood days. She pursued biology major in her higher secondary whereas most of her peers pursued computer science. She earned a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from JSS Dental College in Karnataka, India. She continued to gain field experience through clinical settings, community work and subsequently relocated to the United States with her husband to pursue further education in the field of Dentistry. She has spent time working as a dental assistant in community clinics in Chicago, greater Seattle area and has been involved in community work through international mission trips. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery(DDS) from University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in New York.
She spends her free time hiking, snowshoeing and pursuing landscape photography on the beautiful PNW trails with her husky and her husband. Growing up in a tropical climate has made her admire snowy mountains in the Pacific North West and her most favorite place to vacation is the Rocky Mountains in Alberta, Canada. Her favorite books to revisit are the Agatha Christie mysteries and Harry Potter series.
Dr. Eric Buras
Dr. Eric Buras grew up in a small town outside of New Orleans, LA, and attended college at Louisiana Tech University. From there, he went on to dental school at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN. After that, Dr. Buras completed a residency in Denver, Colorado. During his training, he spent several years indulging in the art and science of dentistry and honing his skills working with kiddos.
While in his care, your child will be in a warm and welcoming environment where they can feel comfortable to express themselves and learn about keeping their mouth as healthy as possible!
Dr. Lin
Dr. Lin attended Western University of Health and Sciences, where she received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.
She then completed her orthodontic training at the University at Buffalo. While in the orthodontic program, she simultaneously completed a master’s degree in science.
Dr. Lin is passionate about fighting malocclusion. She thinks that providing her patients with the best care is a rewarding process.
At home, Dr. Lin enjoys spending time with her husband Derek, daughter Murphy, and their two bunnies Chestnut and Java. She loves playing piano and hiking with friends.
